British singer/songwriter Rupert Stroud has written the song "Always" dedicated to his maternal grandmother who died from Alzheimer's two years ago. All profits from the download go to Alzheimer's Research UK. Please give generously to this most needy cause. The day will come when we defeat this terrible disease.
